Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms and updating internal job boards.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified applicants.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare candidate profiles and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Assist in administering recruitment assessments and collating results.

2. Onboarding Assistance

Coordinate pre-employment checks (e.g., background checks, medical exams).

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.

3. Administrative & HR Coordination

Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.

Generate regular recruitment progress reports.

Assist in organizing career fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferably with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online job portals.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
