Key Responsibilities:

As Human Resource Officer (Recruitment Specialist) at ACTS Achi & Ahia, Inc., you will:

  • Facilitate the end-to-end staffing and talent acquisition process
  • Doing background checks and calling references
  • Hiring the most qualified applicant
  • Network with various institutions, schools/universities, and social media/internet sites.
  • Perform fieldwork
  • Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation
  • Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
  • Maintain all employment and/or application records and provide clerical assistance to the Human Resources Head
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.
  • Perform other HR functions as assigned and needed
  • Assist in planning and facilitating staff development training, meetings and the likes

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications, or any related course.
  • Goal and result oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity for networking and recruitment branding purposes
  • Analytical and solving problem skills; solution-based approach; be keen on details.
  • Proficiency in MS Offices especially in MS Excel (pivots, macros, graphs, etc.).
  • Available for full-time post and office (onsite) reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
