Recruitment Staff is responsible for supporting the Recruitment Officer in all aspects of the hiring process for a restaurant group. This role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment pipeline. The Recruitment Staff plays a vital role in attracting qualified candidates and promoting a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and Screening

  • Actively sources candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Screens resumes and conducts initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates for various restaurant roles (e.g., servers, chefs, managers).
  • Assists in building and maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs.

2. Administrative and Coordination Support

  • Manages the recruitment inbox and responds to candidate inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedules and coordinates interviews and trade tests between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assists with the preparation of job offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensures all candidate information and documentation are accurate and up-to-date in the company's database.

3. Onboarding and Documentation

  • Assists in the pre-employment requirements process and follows up with new hires to ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
  • Prepares and organizes new employee files for a smooth onboarding process.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Works closely with the Recruitment Officer and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support hiring goals.
  • Provides regular updates on recruitment activities and candidate status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
