Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring employees are accurately compensated?
We're looking for a Compensation, Benefits, Timekeeping & SIL Associate to join our HR team — someone who ensures payroll, benefits, attendance, and incentives are handled with precision and care.
As part of our ISO 9001:2015–certified organization, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate salary records, timekeeping, government compliance, and SIL reporting while supporting HR operations efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Manage timekeeping — attendance, overtime, leaves for in-house and deployed employees
Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement
Maintain Salary & Incentives Ledger (SIL) for deployed employees
Handle government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) including remittances and loans
Keep employee 201 files and HR records updated
Prepare reports for management, finance, and audits
Support HR compliance and ISO documentation standards
Assist employees with inquiries regarding pay, benefits, attendance, and incentives
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accountancy, or Business Administration
- Experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, timekeeping, or SIL management, preferably in the manpower/outsourcing industry
- Knowledge of government statutory benefits and payroll processes
- Familiarity with ISO documentation is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with good communication skills
