Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely salary disbursement across multiple entities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and reconcile payroll reports and related financial data using advanced Excel functions for management review.
  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), including registration of new companies and employee compliance requirements.
  • Supervise agency billings, benefits administration, and coordination with HMO providers to ensure accurate enrollment and timely updates.
  • Maintain and update employee records through HRIS or manual systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with compensation and benefits policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and government-mandated contributions.
  • Proficient in MS Excel with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS or payroll systems; experience managing a multi-company setup is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling employee information.
