About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits (ComBen) Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits that align with company goals and comply with Philippine labor laws.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring employees are rewarded fairly and equitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage and regularly update salary structures, pay scales, and job grading systems.
  • Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and DOLE regulations.
  • Lead the administration of payroll, bonuses, and 13th-month pay in collaboration with HR and Finance.
  • Evaluate and recommend HMO, insurance, and employee wellness programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to maintain competitive pay practices.
  • Oversee the performance-based incentive and recognition programs.
  • Prepare and analyze Compensation and Benefits reports for management decision-making.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and department heads to ensure internal equity and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS / payroll systems and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
