Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits administration

  • Fresh graduates may be considered with strong internship experience or HR coursework

  • Basic knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)

  • Familiarity with payroll processes and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
