Compensation and Benefits Assistant

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits administration
Fresh graduates may be considered with strong internship experience or HR coursework
Basic knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Familiarity with payroll processes and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Assist in administering payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely support for employee inquiries and records.
