Position Overview:

A Credentialing and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining credentialing requirements in various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or industry required
  • Healthcare staffing and VMS experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • With Integrity, a great work ethic, and self disciplined
  • Strategic thinking
  • Good command of English
  • Expert knowledge of the company and the relevant market
  • Certification from the International Compliance Association or another recognized compliance group is a plus

Scope of Work:

As a Credentialing and Compliance Coordinator, you'll manage files across a broad range of VMS platforms, ensuring accurate entry and attachment of clinician information. You'll collaborate closely with the Account Management and Account Coordinator teams to support administrative tasks within healthcare staffing. We're seeking someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, has a quick turnaround time, is highly organized, and excels in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uploading all compliance requirements into the VMS for travelers booked for upcoming assignments.
  • Assisting with expiring/extension uploads to VMS as needed.
  • Notifying the compliance manager and specialist of any red flags or issues encountered during uploads, including missing or expiring documents.
  • Supporting projects and facilitating uploads to VMS portals in line with client deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with various VMS platforms and related software in healthcare staffing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for smooth collaboration.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn are essential
