Our team is expanding with a detail-oriented, clinically savvy professional who can bridge intake, quality assurance, and provider coordination.
Role Overview
The Intake and QA Coordinator will oversee the front end of the patient care cycle, ensuring every referral is properly authorized, onboarded, and entered into our system. This role is also responsible for reviewing clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance and for coordinating with healthcare providers when clinical clarification is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage referral and intake process, from receipt through authorization approval.
- Conduct document QA: review nursing notes, therapy evaluations, and care plans for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Serve as the liaison with physicians, hospitals, and case managers to clarify clinical orders, obtain signatures, and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure intake data is accurate in the EMR/scheduling system for smooth handoff to the Care and Scheduling Coordinators.
- Track and escalate missing or incomplete documentation.
- Support compliance with ACHC and AHCA regulations.
- Collaborate with Care Coordinators and Billing to ensure each patient's care plan is aligned with authorizations.
Qualifications
- Background in healthcare administration, nursing, or clinical coordination (Home Health experience strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of home health intake, authorizations, and documentation workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional provider interaction.
- Familiarity with EMRs, scheduling platforms, and payer portals.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Pay: Php Php228.72 per hour
