
Transaction & Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Transaction Support:
- Onboard new contracts and coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and co-ops.
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings; send updates on major changes (closing date, commissions, price).
- Conduct weekly check-ins to keep transactions on track.
- Prepare and process addenda; assist with utility transfers and setup info for buyers/sellers.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Collect, audit, and upload compliance documents to brokerage systems.
- Review closing statements for accuracy; prepare disbursement agreements.
- Ensure transactions close under the correct team name for credit.
- Financial & Admin Support:
- Submit commissions into brokerage systems.
- Maintain transaction records in Sisu, SkySlope, and other platforms.
- Support the Transaction Manager with reporting and file tracking.
Experience & Skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with eXp Realty processes preferred.
- Prior real estate transaction experience required.
