This is a remote, night shift position from 9pm to 6am

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator's to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of various solar projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, and ensuring that the solar projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical input during project planning to align engineering needs with objectives.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.
  • Support permitting and regulatory compliance documentation.
  • Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, reports, and compliance records.
  • Schedule inspections and coordinate with utility companies for interconnection processes.
  • Review solar system designs for compliance with codes, standards, and client needs.
  • Ensure quality control by reviewing project documentation and processes throughout the lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records, including as-built drawings and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to performance analysis and commissioning deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in solar project engineering or related roles (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
