Work from Home, Philippines A+ Virtual Pro Full time ₱52,000 - ₱270,000 per year

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Payroll & Admin Assistant to support our client's team. You will be working closely with the client and assisting with payroll, timesheets, staff inquiries, and administrative tasks. This is a part-time position (that can lead to full-time) with the opportunity to support a growing business in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes, including timesheets and billables.
  • Handle rosters, billing, and basic coding-related tasks.
  • Work within CRMs (Flowlogic) to maintain accurate staff records.
  • Assist with staff inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with and support existing team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and timesheets.
  • Experience using CRMs (Flowlogic preferred) and accounting tools (Xero preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong comprehension (both verbal and written).
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to handle basic staff queries.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to different tasks.

  • $5 per hour
