We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Payroll & Admin Assistant to support our client's team. You will be working closely with the client and assisting with payroll, timesheets, staff inquiries, and administrative tasks. This is a part-time position (that can lead to full-time) with the opportunity to support a growing business in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes, including timesheets and billables.
- Handle rosters, billing, and basic coding-related tasks.
- Work within CRMs (Flowlogic) to maintain accurate staff records.
- Assist with staff inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with and support existing team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and timesheets.
- Experience using CRMs (Flowlogic preferred) and accounting tools (Xero preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong comprehension (both verbal and written).
- Good customer service skills with the ability to handle basic staff queries.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to different tasks.
