Description
  • Assign, schedule, and monitor delivery routes and drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Utilize AI routing tools and logistics software to create efficient delivery routes, then cross-check and adjust them as needed for accuracy and real-world constraints.
  • Track driver progress, address route changes, delays, or incidents, and communicate updates to relevant parties promptly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for drivers and customers, providing real-time support and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, delivery times, and driver logs using company software and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and general back-office tasks related to dispatch and logistics.
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate tracking of driver hours and completed deliveries.
Hard Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in U.S.-based logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination (required).
  • Familiarity with route optimization software and AI-assisted logistics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, particularly under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and customers.
  • Proficient in using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and logistics management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in administrative or payroll support is a plus.
Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM–6PM US Eastern Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
