We're seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of virtual assistants (VAs) for our agency. If you're passionate about people, processes, and building strong remote teams — we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for virtual assistants — from job posting to interviews and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies and ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions and assist in employee development programs.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration as needed.
  • Participate in performance management and evaluation processes.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • At least 6 months of experience working a graveyard shift.
  • Strong background in recruiting and hiring remote talent is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Schedule:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Remote | Full-Time | Graveyard Shift
