We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly organized and self-driven Executive Assistant to support daily operations, administrative tasks, and overall workflow efficiency. You will work directly with the owner to manage tasks, communication, scheduling, and coordination across multiple departments.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and able to keep the business running smoothly by handling essential admin responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily administrative tasks, emails, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Organize documents, files, SOPs, and internal systems.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, data entry, and basic CRM updates.
- Coordinate between team members and ensure tasks move forward on time.
- Maintain spreadsheets, tracking sheets, and simple reports.
- Support the owner with miscellaneous tasks and day-to-day operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions accurately.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Ability to work independently and stay on top of deadlines.
- Fast learner, reliable, and responsive.
- Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, JobNimbus).
- Familiarity with task management systems.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or admin VA.
Remote (Philippines preferred, but open to other overseas candidates)
Compensation:Competitive hourly rate or fixed monthly pay depending on experience.
