Human Resources Administrator

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines First Allegiance Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱2,400,000 per year


• Serve as global HR support resource; coordinate with HR functions in several countries


• Serve as account liaison for in-country HR partners; participate in calls, resolve issues, & track action items


• Manage performance review process; track deadlines & ensure compliance


• Assist in the preparation of performance documentation/actions


• Administer employee files; ensure compliance with guidelines


• Track and administer background checks, drug testing, & compliance training


• Monitor compliance with company policies & address related issues


• Monitor user activity logs & ensure adherence to related protocols


• Administer timesheets, overtime, time-off, & attendance


• Submit payroll data; review payroll related invoices


• Serve as employee relations support and coordinator


• Track & coordinate employee compensation increases


• Assist in preparation of HR related infrastructure such as job descriptions, policies, documents, & trainings


• Perform/participate other HR related tasks and functions as needed

Requirements


• 3+ years of HR admin experience


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field


• Experience with HR admin matters


• Experience supporting staff & key partner relationships


• Professional business presentation & demeanor


• Strong communication & interpersonal skills


• Writing skills


• Smart, organized, & detailed oriented


• High Speed Internet (uncapped): 50+ mbps that can be wired to computer itself


• Newer Computer w/ Good Specs: Windows 11+, Newer Processor, 16GB RAM, SSD


• Accessories: Noise-canceling headset & webcam
