We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development. You will play a key role in shaping HR policies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Support managers in candidate evaluation and onboarding.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend improvements.
  • Update and maintain job descriptions across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Manage HMO, life insurance, and other employee benefits programs.
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, and loan applications.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Lead HR budget preparation and compensation planning.

Employee & Labor Relations

  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations (DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR).
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations.
  • Administer total rewards and employee communication programs.

Training & Development

  • Develop orientation, training, and performance management programs.
  • Support managers in coaching, feedback, and employee evaluations.
  • Promote employee growth and development initiatives.

HR Systems & Administration

  • Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain electronic and physical HR records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and agencies.

Qualification:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Accountancy, HR Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Supervisor (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Strong background in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of government statutory reporting and taxation (TRAIN law).
