We are seeking a trustworthy, firm, and highly organized HR Generalist to manage and oversee essential human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy issuance, and general HR support.

This role will work closely with department heads, consultant and legal team and report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Develop and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Handle employment documentation and employee records.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering good communication and professional relationships.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Prepare and issue official company communications such as memos, notices, and HR policies.
  • Maintain and update employee files and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

Performance Monitoring

  • Assist in evaluating employee performance and support heads in addressing conduct, discipline, and performance issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of generalist HR experience, preferably in a similar set-up.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly trustworthy, firm yet approachable, and able to handle confidential matters discreetly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
