Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including policy implementation, HR management, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Administrative functions
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Policies, Employee Relations and Strategic HR Planning
  • Skills in Benefits Administration and Compensation Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
