POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and creative individuals to be part of our team through our internship program. This learning opportunity will greatly contribute in developing your professional skills. Your role will be significant in building and sustaining a dynamic and thriving workforce, from collaborating with proficient individuals to acquiring meaningful knowledge in the different Human Resources facets. Through this internship program, you'll be able to develop, innovate and grow your skills and potentials with us.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILTIES AND DUTIES:

  • Provides support to Human resources operations by providing daily assistance to the team, promoting process efficiency and timely completion of tasks
  • Performs administrative tasks including profiling, data encoding, and maintaining accurate records for HR documentation
  • Creates designs for HR collaterals and materials contributing to the company's visual and branding initiatives
  • Addresses daily inquiries and provides assistance to HR-related concerns to ensure positive employee experience
  • Performs other job related duties as may be assigned from time to time

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in Canva
  • Skilled in Photoshop with foundational knowledge and expertise in photography and video editing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and punctual
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Open to taking on new tasks
  • Consistently upholds professional demeanor
  • Receptive to constructive feedback
  • Comfortable handling large volumes of paper and exposure to dust
  • Can start immediately (at least 600 hours of internship)
