As an HR Associate, you will join our HR team and provide support across key areas of human resources. Depending on your interest and career goals, you may choose to focus on

. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (up to 3 years of experience) to develop their HR expertise.

HR Associate Facets

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition -
    Source, screen, and onboard candidates for various roles in the company. You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is matched to the right opportunity.
  • Employee Relations -
    Assist in managing day-to-day employee concerns, help with engagement initiatives, and support programs that promote a positive and productive workplace.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    -
    Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR data management to ensure employees are compensated accurately and fairly.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for chosen HR facet
  • Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., recruitment platforms, benefits providers)
  • Contribute to employee engagement and company-wide HR activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 3 years of HR-related experience is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the HR field
