Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. They will also ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and employment laws, maintain employee records, and develop HR strategies to align with the company's goals. Additionally, the role involves implementing and monitoring HR programs, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Recruitment and Employee Relations
  • Experience in Performance Management and Training & Development
  • Understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain employee records and develop HR strategies
  • Experience in promoting workplace culture and addressing employee concerns
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant role
