Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Manila, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Additionally, the role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to employees.

Qualifications

  • Competence in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Strong skills in Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or data center industry is a plus
