- College graduate with advanced knowledge in conducting Trainings and Seminars, and Human Behavior.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in conducting trainings and seminar but fresh graduates are welcome.
- The position requires excellent and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- The position requires high level of presentation skills
- Ability to manage, evaluates, and delegate tasks to subordinates. Organizes guides and instructs other employees, such as, but not limited to: assigning, checking, and maintaining the flow of work
- Ability to monitor and assess or evaluate success of conducted trainings and seminars
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Can deal with highly confidential matters
- Willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php20,000.00 per month
