I. Job Objective:
To organize and supervise, with a view on providing fast and efficient food and beverage service.
II. Job Description:
· Preparing various products such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc.
· Develop new seasonal recipes, menus, and keep up with the latest trends and engage the interest of customers
· Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
· Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs
· Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment
· Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
· Adheres to the company's Code of Conduct
· Gives equal respect to his/her superior and fellow employees
· Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior
III. Job Specifications:
A. Education: Graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year vocational course
Experience: With at least 5 years of experience in the same position in Casual Dining Restaurants, Cafes, or Commissary
C. Training & Certifications: Food Safety, HACCP, andOther certification required by Operations Team
