About the role

We are seeking a talented Chat and Email Support professional to join our dynamic team at TASK AGENCIES INC'. As a Chat and Email Support agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our diverse client base. This is a full-time role based in Liloan Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer problems with empathy and efficiency
  3. Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes
  6. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or chat/email support role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different customer needs
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
