About the role
We are seeking a talented Chat and Email Support professional to join our dynamic team at TASK AGENCIES INC'. As a Chat and Email Support agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our diverse client base. This is a full-time role based in Liloan Cebu.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer problems with empathy and efficiency
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or chat/email support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
