What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Continuously learn and develop your skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

  • Proficiency in using computer software and online tools
