Position: Chat and Email Support
Company Industry: BPO/IT Company
Work Location: Cebu IT Park
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (Start of shift is 5PM)
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Work on Site for 6 months then hybrid set up upon regularization
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Open for Non-Bachelors Degree holder
-At least 2 years of working experience
-Experience working in BPO, IT or Consulting Company
-Amenable to work on 5PM shift
-Amenable to work on site for 6 months
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming and outgoing consumer communications through email and chat.
Answer questions with efficiency, professionalism, and sensitivity.
Determine the demands of the client and provide prompt, efficient solutions.
Work together with internal teams and raise concerns as necessary.
Help with new team member onboarding and mentorship
Keep up with the company's policies, services, and goods.
Suggest and upsell pertinent goods and services, if needed only
