Position: Email and Chat Support Associate (Hybrid Set Up) Company Industry: IT Company Work Location: IT Park, Cebu City Postal Code: 6000 Salary: Php22,000-Php28,000 + Incentives (Up to Php23,000) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (5:00 pm – 1:00pm) Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up after 6 months of work onsite BENEFITS: ✨Government Mandated Benefits ✨HMO ✨Vacation Leave ✨Sick Leave ✨13th Month Pay ✨ Incentives (Up to Php23,000) JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Open to undergraduates and individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent education ✨ At least 2–3 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting is an advantage ✨ Willing to work fully onsite at IT Park, Cebu ✨ Amenable to attend onsite interviews ✨ Can start immediately JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨ Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and email in a timely and professional manner. ✨ Provide accurate, empathetic, and efficient responses to customer inquiries. ✨ Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. ✨ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed. ✨ Support the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members. ✨ Stay current with company products, services, policies, and procedures. ✨ Proactively recommend and upsell relevant products or services to enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth. ✨ Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
