The role

You'll take ownership of sourcing for professional and technical roles across Australia. That includes reviewing job briefs, identifying and engaging high-calibre passive candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, and setting appointments for our consultants.

You'll use every sourcing tool in your kit — from advanced Boolean searches to smart outreach techniques — to deliver quality results quickly.

What we require

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
  • Proven success in passive candidate sourcing and pipeline development
  • Expert-level Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
  • Professional phone manner and high daily call productivity
  • Driven, accountable, and passionate about delivering excellence
