Essential Role and Responsibilities

· Oversee the screening, interviewing, and selection processes for both internal and external candidates to identify qualified individuals.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

· Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.

· Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

· Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.

· Enhance the company's employer brand and recruitment strategies through strategic initiatives, such as partnerships with educational institutions, industry events, and local community programs.

· Craft effective job advertisements and positions on recruitment websites, job portals, and other sourcing channels

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, etc.

· Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.

· Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

· Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment activities and outcomes for senior management.

· Perform other duties assigned.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities

a)     At least 4-6 years' experience in Recruitment function with strong emphasis on end to end and volume hiring in a BPO setting.

b)      Strong sourcing, and recruiting strategies

c)     Exposure to support and leadership roles hiring

d)     Strong exposure to different job boards, and sourcing channels

e Exposure to ATS and other recruiting software preferred

f)      Exposure to conducting psychometric exams preferred

g)     Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (such as Excel, Word,)

h Strong organization and prioritization skills, ability to manage workload and deadlines

i Excels in independently tackling challenges and offering creative solutions to complex issues.

j)      Exhibit flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and unforeseen challenges
