Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Officer. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, identifying and hiring suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. The role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The Recruitment Officer will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation and company policies.

  • Proficiency in Job Description Development and Hiring processes
  • Strong Interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
