About the Role

Flexihire Talent is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles such as software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for technical positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting and candidate outreach to screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, PeopleForce).
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and next steps with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure process efficiency and quality.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, IT specialists).
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (Workable, PeopleForce), and major job boards.
  • Proven experience working with global clients and hiring technical talent internationally.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a working computer/laptop suitable for remote work.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
