Responsibiliti

  • es:Support and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned rol
  • es.Review job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategi
  • es.Post job listings across Workable, LinkedIn, and Upwo
  • rk.Source candidates using Boolean searches, ATS, and job boar
  • ds.Conduct resume screenings and initial intervie
  • ws.Prepare hiring tabulations and submit shortlisted candidat
  • es.Coordinate client interviews and provide timely updat
  • es.Manage reference checks and assist in pre-onboarding tas
  • ks.Collaborate with senior recruiters and management to meet hiring goa
  • ls.Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficien

  • ld.Experience in recruitment (internship, project-based, or 6+ months preferre
