About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team. You'll handle end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening candidates to setting up interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. You'll also help make sure every candidate and client has a great experience.

Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment process.

* Find qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.

* Keep candidate information updated and organized in the ATS.

* Conduct phone or video interviews to check skills, experience, and availability.

* Schedule interviews and follow up with hiring managers for feedback.

* Reach out to passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

* Give updates on job openings and suggest ways to improve sourcing.

* Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

* At least 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO or staffing company.

* Experience hiring IT roles is an advantage.

* Strong communication and client-handling skills.

* Skilled in Boolean search and various sourcing techniques.

* Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS or CRM tools.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once.

Preferred Skills

* Experience recruiting for US or AU

* IT recruitment experience

* Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Daxtra, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder or Dice

* Experience working with targets or SLAs

* Strong Excel and reporting skills

* Pipeline building and candidate nurturing
