Overview

Integrated Hire is seeking a fast-moving, tech-comfortable, and detail-oriented Recruiter to help us scale our hiring operations across various roles and industries. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new technology, and brings a process-oriented mindset to every task. You'll help manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, support operational improvements, and ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for U.S.-based roles
  • Collaborate with management on process improvement and hiring pipelines
  • Maintain ATS records, create/update job postings, and track candidate progress
  • Draft candidate summaries and help organize interview materials
  • Support project management and backoffice operations as needed
  • Stay on top of recruitment metrics and respond quickly to team or client updates
  • Contribute to internal documentation and workflows (SOPs, checklists, etc.)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in recruitment, HR, backoffice, or project coordination
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, scheduling tools, or workflow software
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or working in a remote setup
