SUMMARY

We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Associate skilled at formulating and executing proficient and effective recruitment strategies. The role is focused on sourcing, identifying, and conducting initial interviews with candidates, thereby supporting our recruitment team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and understand the recruitment needs of each department.
  • Build an effective candidate pool using various sourcing channels and methods.
  • Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews and select suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to support candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and recruitment process tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sourcing technical talents.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in cross-team collaboration and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with candidate tracking and management systems, and proficiency in MS Office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
