JOB: RECRUITER

This role involves day-to-day activities such as identifying, negotiating, and submitting qualified candidates for job openings. The Recruiter is expected to understand the business, the business plan, and their role in achieving the company's goals.

Duties

The job includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Recruiting

  • Manage your assigned job orders
  • Work with account managers and team leads to increase submittal-to-win ratios
  • Strive for a higher profit/loss per hire
  • Meet sales, submittal, and placement goals set during quarterly meetings
  • Identify qualified candidates through our database, social media, and job sites
  • Maintain a list of exceptional candidates
  • Negotiate the best rates with candidates and clients
  • Submit qualified and vetted candidates to clients in a timely manner
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Provide recruitment updates, including challenges faced
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

CRM Maintenance

  • Maintain candidate contact information
  • Enter detailed notes and status updates for candidates
  • Log submissions into the database as needed

Key Accountabilities

  • Be diligent and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Ask questions, strive for accuracy, and be flexible and eager to learn
  • Maintain and enforce internal controls safeguarding assets
  • Uphold confidentiality at all times
  • Adapt and adjust to changing situations
  • Have 1+ year experience as a recruiter or 2+ years in a recruitment environment

Starting Salary: PHP 30,000 to PHP 40,000 (based on experience)
