Job Brief

We are seeking a marketing professional to execute outbound lead generation strategies as Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist, targeting self-employed individuals and business owners for finance services.

Responsibilities

Conduct direct email outreach and social outreach campaigns

Build and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp

Develop and optimise landing pages via platforms such as Unbounce or similar

Manage contact data and campaigns through HubSpot CRM

Engage prospects across multiple channels to generate qualified leads

Requirements

Email marketing experience using Mailchimp

Experience with direct email outreach and social prospecting

Familiarity with landing page tools such as Unbounce or similar platforms

Experience using HubSpot CRM

Comfortable reaching out to self-employed individuals and business owners

Software Proficiency

Mailchimp

HubSpot CRM

Unbounce or equivalent

Education

Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

Personal Attributes

Self-driven and results-oriented

Clear and persuasive communicator

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working autonomously on outbound initiatives

Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
