Job Summary

The Employee Engagement Officer will lead in the preparation and implementation of employee programs designed to improve engagement, thereby building a delightful and exciting working atmosphere. The function will include conceptualizing and recommending employee rewards and recognition programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful employee experience through efficient communication, engagement activities, resolution to employee grievances and substantiate employee compliance
  • Coordinate with other departments to create sustainable positive employee relations
  • End-to-end events management for the business unit
  • Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures; refers complex matters to appropriate process owners
  • Manage employee grievances as needed by investigating circumstances of incident, validity of claims, adherence to policies and completion of resolution procedures
  • Oversee timekeeping processing
  • Create employee programs that can improve employee morale, efficiency and overall work performance
  • May perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Human Resources Management or Psychology is preferred)
  • With at least 4 years relevant experience as a supervisory or officer level in Employee Engagement
  • Knowledgeable of the Philippines Labor Code
  • With experience in F&B industry is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR
  • General HR knowledge is a plus
  • Must be highly creative and results-oriented; pro-active and assertive
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Will be working in FTI, Taguig and can start ASAP
