
HR Officer- Employee Engagement

Job Summary
The Employee Engagement Officer will lead in the preparation and implementation of employee programs designed to improve engagement, thereby building a delightful and exciting working atmosphere. The function will include conceptualizing and recommending employee rewards and recognition programs.
Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful employee experience through efficient communication, engagement activities, resolution to employee grievances and substantiate employee compliance
- Coordinate with other departments to create sustainable positive employee relations
- End-to-end events management for the business unit
- Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures; refers complex matters to appropriate process owners
- Manage employee grievances as needed by investigating circumstances of incident, validity of claims, adherence to policies and completion of resolution procedures
- Oversee timekeeping processing
- Create employee programs that can improve employee morale, efficiency and overall work performance
- May perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Human Resources Management or Psychology is preferred)
- With at least 4 years relevant experience as a supervisory or officer level in Employee Engagement
- Knowledgeable of the Philippines Labor Code
- With experience in F&B industry is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR
- General HR knowledge is a plus
- Must be highly creative and results-oriented; pro-active and assertive
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Will be working in FTI, Taguig and can start ASAP
