  • Assist the Employee Engagement and Relations Officer in receiving, filing, handling, and monitoring of employee complaints and grievances, incident reports, NTEs/NODs, and other related disciplinary records
  • Assist in receiving, filing, and monitoring of notices of resignation from employees
  • Assist in updating necessary employee records such as, promotion, compensation adjustment, employment status, transfer of location or company and other personnel change necessary
  • Assist the Employee Engagement and Relations Officer in the developing, monitoring, and evaluating employee engagement tools and strategies
  • Assist in preparing and organizing employee-employer engagement events
  • Prepare necessary payment requisition form, coordinate with the supplier for event needs, coordinate with the areas/departments for event guidelines, and assist in the execution of the event, alongside with the Employee Engagement and Relations Officer
