THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 4+ years of experience leading Employee Relations in a BPO setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work fulltime On-site during the dayshift.
- Flexible work location - BGC/ Alabang/ Eastwood.
YOUR DAILY TASKS
(HR Employee Relations Lead)
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Partner with HR to improve employee satisfaction and retention through events, rewards, and wellness programs.
- Lead retention activities like coaching, one-on-ones, FGDs, and informal leader meetups.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for management action plans.
- Manage engagement and well-being surveys, analyze results, and drive improvements.
- Support cross-functional reviews to address attrition trends.
Employee Relations & Issue Resolution
- Address employee issues, concerns, and grievances in partnership with Operations Management.
- Advise managers on sensitive workforce matters, corrective actions, and performance issues.
- Foster ongoing communication and strong working relationships across departments.
- Maintain client relationships through regular updates and feedback.
Disciplinary & Policy Administration
- Ensure fair and proper handling of all disciplinary and administrative proceedings.
- Facilitate timely processing of disciplinary cases, including drafting notices and conducting investigations.
- Address unethical behavior and deviations from company standards promptly.
- Support administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Legal & Compliance
- Liaise with government and labor agencies (e.g., DOLE, NLRC) to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to employee disputes.
HR Admin, Compensation and Benefits, Engagement:
- Tickets and Database Management – ER and EE cases
- Assist in administrative HR functions, if needed
- Other Adhoc HR tasks
