As an Employee Engagement and Relations Officer, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive work environment. You'll support initiatives that boost morale, strengthen communication, and ensure employees feel heard and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and events\
- Help manage employee feedback channels and analyze engagement data
- Maintain records of engagement activities and employee relations cases
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations concerns, ensuring timely, fair, and well-documented resolution in alignment with company policies and labor laws.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that enhance morale and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Certification in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Management (e.g., CHRP, PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
