Job Summary:

The HR Admin and Employee Relations Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR administrative functions while managing employee relations to ensure a productive, compliant, and positive work environment. This role bridges HR operations and people management by handling documentation, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain updated records of corporate documents and ensure timely renewal.
  • Process and renew government permits, licenses, and registrations (e.g., business permits, BIR, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

  • Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Assist in conducting investigations and recommending disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure alignment with company values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
