We're looking for a Project Architect (BIM) who can manage multiple architectural projects from planning and design to execution and completion. This role blends technical expertise with design leadership and coordination, ensuring that every project meets Aidea's standards for quality, efficiency, and innovation.

You'll collaborate with our design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver well-coordinated and high-quality architectural outputs that align with client expectations and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects through all phases — design, documentation, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and project standards in ArchiCAD or Revit.
  • Coordinate design inputs with engineering disciplines and specialty consultants.
  • Supervise the preparation of drawings, technical documentation, and contract packages.
  • Conduct quality control and compliance reviews based on codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Manage communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Support clients in preparing documents for permit applications and approvals.
  • Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and reporting throughout the design process.
  • Ensure all architectural outputs are aligned with Aidea's design and technical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Must be a Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing architectural and BIM-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building design, detailing, construction documentation, and coordination with engineering disciplines.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit for modeling and project documentation.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, permit processes, and project compliance.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby provinces.
