JOB PURPOSE

The Digital Platform Lead will take a business ownership role and will lead the growth of digital-based products and services of Generika including Loyalty, Family Card, and online channel partnership support. This position is responsible for strategy and campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads for all distribution channels and ensure delightful and efficient customer journeys.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the company's ecommerce sales channels in marketplaces.
  • Responsible for platform strategy and roadmap
  • Lead in growing and cultivating customer base of Loyalty, Family Health Card, and secondary online channels
  • Lead in P&L and growth development of assigned platforms
  • Work with third party providers and analytics to ensure data integrity
  • Generates reports, analyze data, and develop insights to improve performance
  • Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store/s.
  • Plans the assortment of products to be offered for the e-commerce store including price, discount, and quantity in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Monitors and reconciles fulfillment of orders.
  • Collaborates with external sales partner channels and internal departments on the content of the e-commerce site, design and other social media channels to ensure the significant online presence of our products and services.
  • Manages the general customer inquiries and complaints of the e-commerce store/s
  • Develop good relationships with key stakeholders to maintain sustainability for business growth.
  • Monitor and report changing market, competitor activities and customer trends etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in any business course preferably Management, Business Administration, Communication or related courses

  • At least 3 year experience in product development/management or product ownership for technology-based products
  • At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing: Campaign Management/Handling of online channels like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora.

  • Experience in managing product line up, inventory and price of online stores

  • Able to prepare sound proposals and present to corporate clients, close and manage the account.
