We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Associate / E-Commerce Assistant

Join our growing team Raquel-Abbas Pharmaceuticals & General Merchandise is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to support our online sales and digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Manage and schedule social media content in line with the brand's messaging
  • Assist in creating and editing marketing content (posts, ads, brochures, newsletters) using Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.
  • Process and arrange online orders, ensuring timely coordination with logistics or delivery teams
  • Track shipments and keep customers updated on order status
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inquiries, and campaign results
  • Help prepare sales and marketing reports for internal use
  • Assist with general administrative and marketing support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce/social platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with a customer-focused approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
