About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Chat and Voice Call Centre Agents at Careplus International Services Inc. in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service through both chat and voice channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat and voice channels, providing timely and efficient support
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour, even in challenging situations
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer queries
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
