Cebu New Wave Recruitment Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Voice Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to deliver the best possible service

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer concerns
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  6. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role (preferred, but not required)
