Employee Relations Specialist

Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
- Training or certification in Labor Relations or Conflict Management is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Generalist role.
- Experience handling employee discipline, grievance management, and labor compliance is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
- Familiarity with employee grievance procedures, due process, and disciplinary action policies.
- Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and case handling.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
Behavioral Competencies
- High level of integrity, fairness, and confidentiality.
- Strong sense of professionalism and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive issues.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with good judgment in decision-making.
