Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • Training or certification in Labor Relations or Conflict Management is an advantage.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Generalist role.
  • Experience handling employee discipline, grievance management, and labor compliance is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
  • Familiarity with employee grievance procedures, due process, and disciplinary action policies.
  • Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and case handling.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
